Smallfoot - Visual Development - The Great Rock Stack

Day 4 of visual development for Smallfoot. In a earlier version of the film, we explored the extremes of verticals in this piece. An older idea was a great rock stack that stood in the center of the world. This stack sustained the super pressure of steam below the ground. The fun idea I explored was it was shaped like a giant foot. © Warner Animation Group 2018
